WI NEWS -- Sarah Lowrey is most wanted by the Kenosha Police for seven counts of Uttering and Forgery as a Party to a Crime. According to Wisconsin state law, Uttering and Forgery as a Party to a Crime is a Class H Felony, if convicted defendants could face up to six years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

Moreover, Forgery is best described as the false making or material alteration of a document where the document has the apparent ability to defraud and is of apparent legal efficacy with the intent to defraud. Uttering is the passing or use of a forged document with knowledge of its forged nature.
